A Must For Couples Looking for Romance

We stayed in a Junior Suite and the view of the canal was just breathtaking, waking up to that was surreal. Also, they surprised us with a bottle of prosecco in the room! It was like they knew it was our special occasion.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but for the experience, I’d say it was worth it.

The decor of the hotel is exquisite, showcasing a charming blend of classic Venetian style with contemporary touches. The spacious common areas offered a welcoming atmosphere, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate comfortably.

More accessible outdoor seating would be appreciated.

Woke up to a breakfast with stunning canal views, where the staff knew our coffee preferences. It felt like a personalized experience every morning!

The room felt a bit cramped, and the heat was hard to regulate, making evenings less comfortable. However, these were minor in the grand experience.

The location was perfect for our honeymoon, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience, accommodating our needs when we had issues with the heating. The private gondola experience offered by the hotel was a special touch that made our trip memorable.

Housekeeping did a solid job keeping the room clean, though some furniture felt outdated. The hotel’s restaurant provided a remarkable dining experience, particularly the seafood dishes. they were fresh and flavorful. The location struck a balance between being close to main attractions like Rialto Bridge while still remaining tranquil. Overall, a lovely stay with a few minor issues that could improve the experience further.

The elegance here is off the charts! Our Classic Double Room was a cozy haven with beautiful Murano glass chandeliers. Oh, and don't even get me started on the breakfast—rich cappuccinos while watching gondolas glide by? Pure magic!

The hotel provided us with a wonderful private gondola ride that was the highlight of our visit! The location was perfect for exploring Venice, and our room had a lovely view over the canals. The staff were very accommodating and made our family feel at home.

In my wife’s opinion, the restaurant should have more family-friendly options available for dinner.

I loved that the hotel is just a few steps from the Rialto Bridge and only a short stroll from Piazza San Marco, making it super easy to explore the highlights of Venice. we were warmly welcomed upon arrival and the staff was always ready to provide fantastic local tips, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The spa area was great with a relaxing foot massage and a soothing steam room to unwind after a day of exploring. One small thing, our original room felt a bit cramped, but overall we enjoyed our time here. 😊

I had a delightful stay, especially enjoying the spacious, period-decorated room with a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting for us, and the incredible breakfast buffet with a pancake machine! However, the room was smaller than expected, and we thought we’d booked a king bed. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
